Which is the best one for application?

TL , demonoid and bitsoup are the best trackers for application .

SCT usually has some good 0day packs, not sure about specific ones though. I'd try TL. SCL = no.

IPT, TL, and RevTT. The combination of the three you'll surely be able to find everything you want. I always have just between IPT and RevTT. Plus all three are very easy to find an invite to.

And i think Bitsoup is one of the best too beside tl , revtt and ipt .

I recommend demonoid and revtt for your needs.

Some friends don't think tl is good for software. Instead, he recommends me waffles and what.cd.

Anybody has some comments for this?

But from Demonoid, I can see a lot of external links with a very high download times and top seeders and leechers. So by some means, there must be some better site as my understanding. Now I have to think about RevTT.:dry:

What has a decent apps collection, but they generally aren't too well seeded, and the stuff you find there can be found at other trackers
