Re: How do you maintain multiple accounts?
I couldn't keep up with the many accounts I had, so I started limiting myself to using only a handful. But I use a seedbox, so my ratios are redic.
Your speeds suck, so I would stay away from good sites like SCT and stick to larger sites that will allow you to keep seeding a few days/weeks later. TL is good for that I hear. And if you can't find stuff you like there, don't bother looking elsewhere, since that is a massive general site.
Re: How do you maintain multiple accounts?
Don't get into trackers that you will not use at all. Say, if you aren't into elearning then trackers like bitme, docs etc isn't for you. If you already have an account there, try deleting them (/delacct.php or they might have delete account on request...pm staff for that). If that option isn't available just let your account purge off.
0-day - i would say 2-3 tracker is enough. My pick would be somewhere along FTN, as it is ratio free. And since my upload is in the range (50- 80 ) i know how troublesome + boresome + frustrating + irritating can ratio thingy be. Imo, if you are into 0-day stuff FTN should be your best option :-) Apart from that, you could use TL or Revtt, ratio isn't that tough there even with 50 - 80. Also, you prolly could survive in ScT as well. Like if you have enough disk space, just seed of packs (all packs are freeleech btw).
music tracker - you will prolly need one among what or waf and if you are into trance/techno, you prolly could use TT...and if you are into lossless u could extend to pedros.
elearning - at most want to sign up for 3 trackers namely - bitme, docs, and bitspyder.a
HDMovies - HDbits, which i suppose you are already member of.
So from categories you mentioned u would have total of -
0-day = 1-3
music = 1-3
elearning = 1-3
hd = 1
maximum = 10.
Re: How do you maintain multiple accounts?
Ummm
i can suggest you only keep best tracker (of cource for you) what i wanna say ...
only one 0day-scene tracker for example if you have you ScT dont need TL,Scc,revtt,tb like this same .if you have TL you dont need Scc,revtt,tb...
and of course keep what.cd give up waffles:P
and if i were you i would try to rent a server only for a month you can upload nearly 5 TB if you have a friend 2-2.5tB ahh not bad:P
25 euro monthly with friend 12.5 not too expensive :)
after you buffer your best trackers you can only seed with 50-60KB and keep seed with 48-72 H ....

wtf? 10 is way too much
Re: How do you maintain multiple accounts?
wow, squirr3l, 10 is beyond my imagination too much!
I'm ok with HDBits, and waiting for the chance of SDBits for SD movies as I f*ked up with invite. :stupido::( Quite comfortable with their ratio system so I believe I can manage these two sites.
I'm also safe with TL now. Will keep it for 0-day stuff. Heard so many good things about FTN, I wish I could have it one day.
Not a big music fan so won't bother to get what or wfm.
Only lack of good e-learning. Wish I can have BitMe someday. So total will be 5.
Didn't count BitMeTV yet. Just signed in, and finished reading 10 recommands, will stay in shelter for a while see how it's going. Will ask staff to delete acct if can't handle.

I'm active on 27.
1 Russian
1 French
2 general tv
1 uk tv
1 general elearning
1 psychology/health elearning
2 0-day
3 general movies
2 rare movies
2 HD
2 general music
1 indie music
2 metal music
1 game
1 ipod
4 porn
The key is to seed indefinitely. I'm utilizing all of these and seeding at almost all of these (except the porn, because those hit a really high ratio early in the seeding process)
If you are using it, then why not? I see where I could be with only 1 HD tracker, or 1 metal tracker, by the way. It's just that I recently signed up to those sites and found something unique on all of them - and so far cannot pick just one.

That's insane dude.
Re: How do you maintain multiple accounts?
We can have another topic then. Have you watched all movies dl'ed? Do you play all games? Can you read all ebooks and complete all CBTs, or at least majority of them? Do you feel once a while downloaded too much enjoyed too little. hehe ...

like i said 10 is the maximum u would need. Since you are not a big music fan, erase the music category. So, now the max would be 7.
At the moment, i think TL will be best 0-day source for you, stick with it. At the meantime, work your way to FTN or maybe ScT.
Also, have you checked docs torrents yet? Seems to be open sign up atm the moment docs.torrents.ro/signup.php and it would be one among three elearning tracker (other two being bitme and bitspyder) that i would recommend.
btw at bitmetv, they do not delete your account upon request, so i heard. You can request your account to be disabled however. And it likely will be pain in ass to seed there, unless u manage to upload ur own stuff.

Active means just having one torrent seeding at a specific tracker. You don't need to download something there everyday to be active on it. You could probably manage 30 trackers in about a half hour; check what's new, snatch a torrent you want, etc. Doesn't take too much work.
