Bush signs controversial anti-piracy law

I didn't know he still had the right to make a law when people about to pick another prisident ..

It has to pass thru Congress then it reaches his desk for him to sign or veto. Bush is entering in his "Lame duck" period (last 100 days in office) so he'll be wrappin' everything up soon (sign bills, pardons, etc.)

Bush is history. Welcome Obama.

What's really odd about this thread title, which is the way most news/blogs have posted it, is that Bush signs many, many laws, but usually we look at Congress as the source of legislation 9/10 times. I just don't get the Bush-bashing tendencies.
