Lame list. For example the Hungarian sites. The list mentioned moobs&speedfire. It's the worst one.
On the other hand, no signs of bH, which is the best.

@alma, the list is based on traffic. If you don't know, alexa is mainly known for collecting traffic statistics of different sites. As this is an alexa list, it is quite obvious that the rankings are made keeping the traffic to these sites in mind.
