Assuming consentual adults, I would say that you are a total pussy.

Why do we have parties? To get women into our realm.

Why do we serve them alcohol? To lower their resistance.

You have missed the entire reason for such an occasssion. We don't drink and talk to girls at parties or bars to "make love", and that's not why they are there either. (Women go out to be admired by men. Take an ugly girl, let her bare her breasts in a bar and watch her feel like a princess as all the guys suddenly flock to her.).

Who has a girlfriend they picked up at a bar? Anyone?
Who married that drunk girl from the party? Hello?

Bottom line, an opportunity arouse, you bailed.
