I get this error only when I look at the WTO application. Glad to know it's only a negative side-effect of something helpful.

Oddly I clicked your link and got the forbidden message LOL

This happened on another forum using vbulletin. The problem turned out to be the daylight savings time option. Try disabling that and see if you still have the same problem.

i had that problem too a few times, it seems to have gone away though...

the first time it happened i was like....did i get banned?
