Rush is certainly entertaining.
He is not a philosopher; I've never heard him claim to be.
A political guide?
I would posit no one anywhere in the media should be viewed as a "political guide".
What he is, mostly, is a conservative.
Anyway Rahm says Rush is the leader of the Republican party (the why of it is a bit of a mystery, but), so Rush invited B.O. himself to appear on his show for a debate.
I'm guessing B.O. will not respond.
He is a hipocrite, he only cares about himself and the millions he makes a year, that's all he cares about.
He could never have a decent debate, without shouting the other person, he cuts people off from his show, when we can win the debate, he is an idiot.

You really think so, eh?
So you mostly agreed with him at CPAC?

Yup.

You want the President to fail.
Oh boy.

I am confident that his ideas will fail.
That does not mean I am sanguine at the prospect.
Socialism does not/will not work, and the fact B.O. is the one trying to implement it doesn't matter.
If he literally promises "pie from the sky", and I express doubt, you'd call me a heretic and defend him.
Yes...yes, I think that is exactly analogous.

You remind me of someone...
Do you have an affinity for the number '5'.
Do you have an extraordinary yen for roundish garden vegetables.

It ain't socialism-despite your glee in calling it such- it's democracy.
Admittedly a different version than the "Let the rich get richer and maybe they'll shower the proles with their largesse" espoused by Republicans since Reagan was prez.
"Confident that his ideas will fail" is NOT what Limbaugh was braying about.
He hopes Obama's plans will fail so conservatives will have a shot at reelection.
Seems a bit selfish- no check that, it IS selfish and unfeeling- but that's the Limbaugh mantra, stripped of any gilding.

That's not what he said, and the motivations you attribute to those whose views differ from your own are formulated by you to serve your mantra.
Rush said that if knowing B.O.'s ideas would fail and taking note of the fact equates to hoping B.O. himself fails, then he is guilty as charged - this, even though logical folk would agree the two things are not the same.
You are attempting spin, sir.
By your own rules, the words that emerge from a liberal's mouth are subject to no one's interpretation but the liberal who spoke them.
The same goes for us conservatives - sorry.
Oh, and by the way - it most certainly is socialism.
Re: Steele flunks first "test" horribly
Fine then.
I hope Rush Limbaugh dies.
Slowly and painfully.
And by that I mean I hope his ideas and everything he stands for dies, quickly and soon.
You may interpret that anyway you choose.

Aw, that's okay.
You wanted that before B.O. was a blip on the map, anyway...nothing new, there.
Libs are good at hate; always have been.
