Help! Windows giving me the "Windows Genuine Advantage" message and freezes my PC

The best tools are Process Explorer and Autoruns. You can see the virus proccess running. Kill it and delete the virus without doing a virus scan or rebooting. I used to kill most spyware and viruses like that before even running Combofix. Of course these are really adavanced tools for those that know what they are doing.
