ummm....sfv? sorry but i dont download music for the .sfv's, i download it for the...well, for the music ofc. And considering i have downloaded 1000+ releases from haasishmuhzak and had a problem with none of them, i think its fair to say they kick ass.

Do you know the purpose of a sfv file is?

It's to check the integrity of the download to the source (which the uploader had).

Now if the sfv is corrupt then you have no hope in knowing if you downloaded it properly? Unless you check with torrents?

I know the purpose of an sfv file but like NippleCake I too could care less if it comes with my download or not. As long as the music sounds good to me that's all that matters maybe he just feels the same way.

exactly... that's why i check my shit most of the time with SFV manager,
so like this it can tell me if the SFV/track(s) has been modified and when...
so i can even compare it with the scene release date....
if the date isn't correct = fake ass sfv, but if the date correspond then it's all good :)

"timestamp" it's called i think...

If the song works, everythings good for me :P

i am a torrenter. But the stuff i download from rapidshare etc. is purely for consumption. I never "help seed" with that stuff :)
