Seedbox with multiple users?

I allready said: buy dedicated linux with 4-5 ip's, then edit .rtorrent.rc in users home folder
ip = 123.123.123.1
bind = 123.123.123.1
and in second user home folder
ip = 123.123.123.2
bind = 123.123.123.2

...etc
