I've heard that in countries like Bugaria and Romania you have good speeds when connecting to fellow-Bulgarian/Romanian servers, but once you connect to a server outside your country speeds drop significantly.

Our connection here is strangely high. That is why i made this thread.I read somewhere that this has happened because we have a lot of ISP-ers (LAN, PON and so on ISP providers).
