i definitly think this is the new swedvdr. i mean it does say after signing up "Before using swedvdr, we advise you to first take a look in the FAQ."

simply because they use the same source code. it doesn't mean they are the new swedvdr though.

I believe they are both intended to replace SweDVDR, but Sparvar is a much smaller, closed community made up of high userclasses and minimal invitees from SweDVDR while DVDSource is obviously open signup. My interpretation is that Sparvar is more equivalent to SweDVDR due to its exclusivity.
