I dont think Port Forwarding is necessary now a days. Because the good private torrent site where the members are using the seedbox. seedbox can connectable behind the NAT because seedbox are connectable from the users side who dont use Port Forwarding settings in their router.
Not forwarding your ports makes it harder for you to seed (or more precisely, upload), so I wouldn't say so.Quote:
