Anyway searches were very fast.
Kind Offtopic: But does anyone know any alternatives to newsleechers supersearch for linux?
Pay for it and use Alt.binz

The feature 'Compress header' should be available a long time ago.
GigaNews and Newshosting implement this through GigaNews Accelerator and Stunnel respectively and support for ALL newsreader programs.
Compress header is useful when it boosts downloading header 2 to 10 times, or even more, very useful when you want to see what articles in a newsgroup.
Re: NewsLeecher supporting compressed headers from astraweb (XZVER)
afaik you dont need giganews accelarator for most newsreaders. they have native support of compressed headers.Well, it applies at least to NB pro, NL, UE.
