You can call me a fatalist, but I always offered dedication, interests, will, upload/download speed, promise of keeping good ratio. But, it was never enough. :)

Problem is, things I mentioned above, mostly (almost always), doesn't work.

dude FYI the mutually appointed way to do REQs is, do not request more than once if your other REQ is still on page 1.
