Bitme.org bans for using TOR like proxy---Myth?

When using a seedbox the IP would be different from your existing IP, technically making it a proxy too. Just do a search on google and bitme.org you would find more post on being banned from bitmethan anything else. Due to the down time of demonoid. I am looking for a new torrent site. Due to my requirements. I feel bitme.org would suit me but am concerned if it might more than I can chew on.

Or don't use TOR... problem solved.

Better to ban bitme.org ... I would think.

TOR serves a specific purpose and it shouldn't be used for torrenting...
