Whats The Program

If you only want to resize, i would say:

Irfanview

or

A Smaller Image

Jeez, using Photoshop to resize pictures. :rolleyes: Other things work just as well.

irfanview is great. Also paint shop pro (any version)

in the file menu, choose 'save for web' - thats the easiest way, mess around with the quality settings, for .gif's - amount of colours etc

and for .gif's ulead gif animator is pretty good

How big is that program and where do I find it?, It's been mentioned to me before, but I haven't bothered to look for it until I dissected your avatar, and saw it was very efficiently composed.
