i print the FAQ to read it well when i`m in my own pharmacy :D
and as i mentioned .. i join the irc before signing up to ask more advises and for sure followed the rules .

stop using a seedbox or don't use one with other people on it
Be normal and don't say things like "I am no cheat :)" and "I am anti-trade :)" and "I am good user :)" , that just shows you have something to prove.
