Yes it does, and you have to set it to block pop-ups
just set it to.....im going to test it
worked pretty wel.....just didnt block the drop down one or the plane one.....and it blocked some of the good ones

This does not work with XP, but does with 98
Rename your explorer.exe ... just put a _ after it . explorer.exe_ no more pop ups
You may get a warning notice once, but its harmless

the google toolbar blocks all my popups :)
