If you're not an audiophile that requires the utmost quality in your music than what is not a necessity considering the difficulty in maintaining a ratio there. Other sites have more than enough in terms of content.Quote:

If you really want to get into the site, take the interview. It's not really "valuable" at all, every tracker you have listed is top-notch compared to what.cd's staff.
Once you get the hang of torrenting and music files look into waffles, it is simply the best for finding all music.

Anyway, the interview really isn't that bad. And if your friend has an invite, just have him send it if he's willing. Invites are meant to be used. Idk how a site with 120K members is considered hard to join...
