I actually get a young oriental guy come into the garage I work every friday with shitloads of DVDs and porn (what he calls ticcy ticcy). I've bought a couple of DVD9's of him (inculding Finding Nemo) and they have everything on them, menus, extras the lot. But thinking about it he probaly gets them from gangland connections ,how else would you get these imported into the country?

I feel pretty shitty now. :(

Come on Guys do you honestly think some Triad gangs are behind The good quality pirates.

It's Obvious that someone inside the industry is acctually leaking all the material to foreign countries to be made into DVDs and VCDs.Someone inside is deffinately making a hell of a lot of money by doing this.

i didn't say i believed that stuff about organized crime, but that article does give a pretty interesting perspective on the latest wave of piracy.

although i don't think it's all that far-fetched to consider that wherever there's money to be made in many third world countries, organized criminals are involved at some level.
