I can definitely see this being used for speed tests, but never for anything professional.
Oooh it uses Java! Very nice.
This is a perfect tool to make tutorials with. And speedtests I guess if you want to create another black market.
Thing about speedtests is that you want to get them to do a test to where you live, or a small place of your choosing.
