I don't see myself as a experienced inviter. I am kinda new on FST (from february). I am learning every day what would be appropriate requirements for some trackers. Definitevely seeding on BMTV with 10kb upload would get you banned shortly. This is the fact which almost everyone know now. About invite trees I heard that some trackers could and would delete whole invite tree of a very very bad user. It happened in the past. Hope this is a good reply. :)
