I think as part of a local bylaw all inferiority complexes have to include mixed social housing as well as drop in centres for the homeless, bored teens and expectant mothers. The obligatory mall goes on top. Inferiority complexes are just not what they used to be. There was a time you could get by with a simple tug of the forelock.
