That's because the framerate wasn't done right. Download my Freddy Vs Jason that will work.
so if i were to take this kvcd and convert it using ACP would it then work?

I don't really understand the attraction with the whole kvcd format I mean personally it doesn't bother me to make a high quality vcd on two cd's. Why are we always trying to further complicate things that already work fine?
Because u can get better than high quality on 1 disc. Say u have a girl or just some friends over then u are watching the movie and your all into it then bloop the movie just stops the u have to get out of your comfortable postion and put a second disc in. That's why I don't like them.
