Now, I am not saying that I agrre that there is a copy around, but didn't this happen with the Kill Bill Workprint? Someone fairly new said they had it and every one did a spam pile on?

yes it did, but very unlikely in this case with the security surrounding this movie

Reloaded was on the net net before the major release, we have seen those 9 clips from the final cut.....
