This speed test seems abnormal. I do know what T2 is and I know they don't offer such speeds or I mean you would at last have a similar speed in both directions. But It could of course be some kind of anomaly so not saying that you cheated or something. Just that its abit abnormal.
You should post direct link to your speed test and not just one imagehack picture.

No offense, but the download speed indeed looks slightly like photoshopped to me. You should post the direct link you're offered when finishing the test.

Now he could ofcourse be located on T-2 itself or some company which rents from T-2. So Not excluding the possibility of this being a genuine test. Also for his defence. The Test he picked Ljublana is really weak on upload the past couple of weeks so it could infact be a 500MB or 1Giga connection. The only other thing is his upload isnt really big considering he is a member since 4 years on slobytes.

I have an optic with 100mb download and 10 mb upload

my download speed varies a lot, I dont know the reasons, but my upload is pretty stable. And ofc I dont know why the download speed is so huge since I am using 100 mb download, but I dont use photoshop.
