I'm aware of those accusations by Apple. However, they were never more than accusations and comments by a company, trying to flex their muscles and influence the public. Corpoartions, as you know, cannot dictate what is legal and what is not.

We have seen them abuse the public with extortion schemes and bullying through teams of lawyers. This IS a big win for the consumer.
