Re: Show off your equipment
I updated the firmware when I first got it. That, in itself, is worth the extra, IMO. If I didn't have the Asus O!Play, I would be using the network. As it is, the Asus replaces any need for streaming (I'm too cheap to pay for Internet Radio) of files. One could go a step lower (the 700 is non-networked) but you get lesser power and features throughout. I had to scrape (well, beg the wife) to squeeze the 800 in, but I don't regret it.

You would need a 60" LCD to fully enjoy the pics :shifty:

Oh, that's OK, cabalo. I'll update the LCD when I can. It would be kinda cool to to have a bigger pic, anyways... :mello:
Re: Show off your equipment
by the way, i wasn't being sarcastic or anything: it really is a edward hopper painting.
Re: Show off your equipment
I did try to find Edward Hopper's work last night, but didn't find anything that matched... I don't doubt you, though.
Re: Show off your equipment

No one else? I like seeing peoples setups... I'll post some of my crap soon but first I need to clean... To dusty and to many projects scattered everywhere.

Yeah, my taste in "art" is often what comes with the frame. Oddly enough, I like some of the "families" that come in wallets better than my "blood kin", too...
