Swarm is the total amount of people on a torrent, i.e. both seeders and leechers. In the sense the word is being used in the thread title, it refers to all the swarms on a tracker combined.

On topic, a few names spring to mind - Demonoid, Zamunda, RuTracker, IPT, TL, What.cd.

The biggest private tracker with most swarms are:
1: Demonoid
2: Torrentday ( Torrentday beats TL by 4 times ). Keep in mind, that TD has almost 900.000 users.
3: Filelist ( also extreme compared to TL )

now i saw your post....... cn and ptn are very small private specialized trackers.. (very good actually for movie fans), but they are tinny.......................
