GREAT album.
I always pimp this album but it's really good, Peter Gabriel - UP has it's really depressing moments but it always cheers me up for some reason.
Also good: Portishead- Dummy, Anything by Morrissey.
I can't remember anything else rightn ow.

I'd have to say Radiohead was the better in depressive music. Here are a few songs to try and see:

i could of named many, but these are the most depressing perhaps (exit music being the most probably)

It's really not that depressing for its lyrics, more for tone in his voice against a depressing beat.
Anything by Covenant is has a very depressing feel to it, but always seems to mellow me out when I'm angry or depressed.
