You don't need the psd anyway, I added the titles below starting the png. Just use the colour picker tool on the stars the get the right one for the text. Think the font was tahoma bold, not sure...

Tahoma Bold, size 11. I've also fixed the centering (it was 1px off to the right).

The bolding is the cause of the blurriness; moreover, the originals probably doubled the layers for the text which is why they look extra blurry. Here are a few updated ones:

P.S. When I had my donor stars, I sort of preferred that they had no title underneath.
