Well for what its worth
1.Only made a few post over the years ... i was using usenet and never had any problems... i mainly just read the posts
2. Im new to torrents about 2 months but been on efnet for like 15yrs :) from usa so banned country wouldnt be a problem
3. That really is my reason for wanting this ..... scene and pre speed
I'm surprised you didn't just go strait for FTN... I guess that's a point in your favor :whistling
As mentioned previously, the scene is ubiquitous. You'd actually have a better point if you were arguing a preference for a particular p2p group that is easier to find on [trackerX]. I've been trying to ween myself off IPT, but they seem to have shows that are days earlier than other sites, or those other sites just never get certain files. Certainly, a greater difference than the millisecond variances among scene releases.
well another reason i choose scc over ipt was because i read this thread

As a usenet guy who probably travels in the same circles you do, I think you're going to be disappointed. Trying to get back into the tracker scene, I'm noticing the difference between the very fastest scene trackers and usenet is right around 1-5 minutes on most stuff. I guess the question is what type of content in particular are you looking for?
Knowing what I do now, I'd follow megabyteme's advice and focus more on the p2p encoders BTN, etc. Not to dissuade you, just food for
thought.
EDIT: Blurays and larger things, I'd give the advantage to the trackers. Maybe a couple hours.
I wish it was that easy
mainly after full blu's...lazers ,o0o sharphd and so on .... these take along time to reach usenet :( after allyourbase died
I'LL TRY TO STAY AS ON TOPIC AS POSSIBLE WITH THIS POST.JESUS,YOU'RE A FUCKING MODERATOR!!!!!!!!
That probably explains something.Exactly what,as per usual, I have no idea.
Also from my years spent in pre-med beforeI clued into the fact that you can make more money selling drugs without a license, plus no need for the added expense of malpractice insurance,I can tell you for a fact that pres tend to suffer from health issues, so given a choice I think it best to take things to full term.:)
Obviously anytime someone posts "usenet" in a thread I have to stick my fat head in. Funny thing, one of my duties includes policing the wee nzbers lest they incur your wrath. Granted I've been doing a shit job, but I'm learning as I go. I move my lips and use my finger when I read, so it's slow going as you can imagine. In the meantime beta blockers & xanax are indicated. I worry you'll stroke out.
Pre-eclampsia is serious business.
