download and uploading is fully legal, unless u are uploading © music and U are possessing illegal copies of music, NOT DOWNLOADING IT, but if u have it.
how would they nu if u downloaded it or not? tey dont care, but they do care when u have the actual pirated song for ex.

This guy murdered his wife when he found her sleeping with another man. He got away with it, because they said it was stress, and his emotions, and that it wasn't really this fault.
