Wow lucky you! I have never been to Berlin but if ever I had the chance to visit then I will check out the following:

Berlin Wall
Brandenburg Gate
Pergamon Museum
Museum Island
Berlin Cathedral

Not been past Frankfurt myself but I like all germans as they are not french (by pure definition and maybe a bit of genocide).

I was in Berlin when the wall was being demolished. I have a small bit somewhere. True story.

These days it's more known for it's techno utz.
