I only came in to see if WeeMouse had left our nice planet :)

one question:why should I use 'remote cddb'?
And I don't see no setting to put it in 'paranoid mode' :(

the remote cddb will give you all the cd titles of your tracks on the cd's. and tag them for you, which will make it easier to find them. also don't bother about paranoid mode, just make sure your quality is set to 192 or higher.

having another minor problem:just finished extracting a cd.but I think i converted them the wrong way 'cause they show up as wav files.what option should i choose in 'convert' to convert them into mp3's? :unsure:

I think that's the last thing i need to know.

it is the second option down you required. compressed audio. make sure they are 192 or higher.
