I use a combination of MSPaint an' uLead on most of the ones I do, but if'n yer experienced wif PhotoShop (which I'm not :rolleyes: ) you could probably do them in there. ;)
You could find a relatively small image of the person you want an then reduce the size to roughly 20x20 pixels (like most of the smilies here) an then carefully edit the individual pixels to make any adjustments or remove stray dots.
Depending on how you want it to look, you could make the background transparent an' just have the face show.
It'd be a static image only though.... it'd be really difficult to try an' animate something like that unless you had several frames from a video or somefin. :blink:
