The scariest to me were the inbtweens, 11, 12, 13 olds. Get of swarm of them after ya with clubs and chains. Lucky to live through it.
I'll grant you that teens have a lack of experience (part of my point) and therefore lack some ability to understand consequences of their actions.

I believe that kids are a product of their environment so they are only as bad a shape as we are I suppose. So perhaps the kids aren't the problem, society is.
