Jimeon <-- actually, he's Irish, but we adopted him.
His real name is Jim Owen, but his strong Irish accent had people thinking it was Jimeon, and it kind of stuck.(pronounced Jimoin... the "oin" rhymes with coin... okay?)
Edit: Added more funneh people.
I lurve Eddie Izzard, Phil Kaye, Lee Evans and Sean Hughes.
doesnt take much to make me giggle, though I hate Roy Chubby Brown.

Whilst on, can I say that your opening post was an excellent choice, if incomplete.
Jack Dee, one of the funniest men alive today :)
Morcambe And Wise used to be great, as did The Two Ronnies :D (not sure which of those four are still alive nowday's though)
Also, there was a guy called Dave Allen (he had a finger missing, if that help's anyone remember who he was if they're not too sure) who was funny as heck, but haven't seen him on tele for about ten years now :(
Lastly, Paul Merton, especially when he's on Have I Got News For You lol :)
Sniper.
Paula Poundstone
Firesign Theatre

Did you try to do 'the fingers' countdown trick or was that just me :P
re. list thanks :) , you are quite correct in that the list was far from definitive there are a good few others I could have listed as I have like a lot of comedians and comedic actors I like but I just wanted to get the ball rolling hoping that others would mention some of my other faves, glad you brought up chic murray
