Thanks mate but an email from JP looks like it might be the simpler solution.

If that don't work I have a pc answers magazine - there are several pictures of recycle bins in there - I'll just cut one out and stick it on my monitor!

There is a reovery program there somewhere Fugs. It is just a matter of finding it.
