i really dont like emule, kazaa lite is better, but its not working, i checked everything, it connects, and i can find files, but when it comes to downloading them, it jus keeps saying connecting and never connects

KAZAA LITE RULESSSS
I've tried every suggested rememdy short of uninstalling/reinstalling kazaaLite, and I still can't download anything. Everything else works fine but it won't ever connect to finish a download, even with the most common and easily available of files.
