But I do notice that a lot of young girls in the States look very bimbo-ish for their age.A 13 year old wearing tons of make-up and dressing up in skimpy clothing is just to sad.And I'm pretty sure those girls in the picture aren't 12 year old,or they must have gotten a visit to the siliconplant for their birthday,if they are :rolleyes:

Actually it's all of North America that you see 13 year olds dressed up. There's also a chinese word that describes this too
