You can burn them to CD with Nero.
You can open them to view what files they hold with WinISO.
Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120% can 'mount' an .iso.
Both of these 2 apps create a virtual cd rom drive on your comp that allows you to put the iso (or virtual cd) in it's drive (mounting) and run like a real cd would on a real cd drive, but without actually burning it.
It's up to you to decide which of these programs you want to use if you go that route..
yeah ive just burnt it to c.d
