Some dial-up providers offer their customer's static IP's, and even if you did have a dynamic IP, they could have made an IP wildcard to ban you with.
Example: 81.200.*

Many online game administrators know about the potential of a dynamic IP, most common in dial-up users...which is why they tend to ban the Ethernet MAC address of a computer instead.
There was a way to change a PC's MAC, but I can't remember where that guide was :huh:

try a proxy (itll be slow as hell cuz ur on a 56k, and i kno lag is not ur thing) it might work! (just pick one with different digits than urs completely)
