Yeah..building one would be best. But he said he doesnt have a credit card to order online...soo i duno
No it is not a good deal at all.
Edit: you really should not buy a pre-configured computer like that. You usually get cheap parts that way. Is CompUSA the Only store you can go to? Can you go to Best Buy?
2mb cache on the HD, that's bad
also only 3 pci slots
get one built, or build one yourself!
2 it only goes up to 8mb and right now i don't even have a cahce. Also its only a 120gig hard disk drive. ALso 3 PCI slots is normal ;)Quote:

To everyone, i am not asking if for the price i am paying am i getting the best computer ever made. I am asking if its good for the price i am paying.

an 8 mb cache over a 2 makes quite a difference
also 3 PCI is not normal at all
I know 8 is better then 2, but a 120GB comes with 2MB cache not 8.
Also right now i am looking to see if CompUSA makes custom comps, i beleive they do.
are you talkin about that particular 120 or 120 gig hard drives in general, cuz if its 120 gig hard drives in general then you are wrong...Quote:
