Maybe you guys did'nt install your videocard drivers properly.
The best way i've found is to set graphics driver as standard pci vga card, and then after restarting comp, i then run the driver install program.
If this is what you do anyway, sorry for the lecture. but i found that this method for upgrading drivers to be the best, so old and new files dont get mixed up.
