If I took a shower with the window open, being sued would be the least of my problems. Freezing to death would likely be the first. ;)
I watch the Daily Show often, so I did see the segment.
I don't know what the standards of broadcasting are in the States, but they do seem to be pretty restrictive when it comes to language and sexuality. At least on the non-premium channels.
:ninja:
Ahhh... don't you love America?
Your 100% right.Quote:

This whole world has gone politically correct. You can't have the window open when having a shower these days in case someone looks in and has a heart attack, thus lawsuit ensuing. It is all about the money, and it seems right now, it's working.
If I was a judge and this came before me, I'd laugh them out of court.
Its just about the money.
Their is an add for bra's here and they show a woman running without a bra to show how much the breasts bounce.
I wonder if i can get a few million.
I could aslo sue the news stations because they constantly show janet tit.
i think its stupid, so what her boob fell out its the human body ure gonna see it some time anyway
Great joke on Letterman last night....
Congress Isn't getting into Iraq,
They're not gonna bother with Enron,
But Janet Jackson's bra, they'll look into.
Seriously though we'll totally take her. It's legal to go topless in Ontario, so she can show her boobs all she likes up here.
eh?
although i wouldn't even waste my time to look at them, just gross :x
anyone remember that saying on GTA3 "You can sue anyone, for almost anything, and you'll probably win."

Seems more to be a decision based on realising the stupidity of it all rather than having "made her point"Quote:
