did you have any problems installing it. If so what kind of errors did you get. How much ram are you using. Are you sure that ram is good. Did you try it on another pc.

now the problem is if i have the xp pro cd in and it boots from cd it says harddrive not installed on the computer, 64mb of ram is all
You need 256 minimum and 512 is better.

He has a point, but would a pent II and a 160 gig harddrive run xp pro? also what do i do when i am installing xp pro if it says no harddrive installed on system?
