Dave Grohl was certainly the best musician, but Kurts moody lyrics and teen angst were what made Nirvana popular..and eventually killed them

how can you not like nirvana? they rocked then, they rock now. too many bands are forgotten when a singer dies. its cool they still sell and inspire youngsters today to go start bands, or even just buy an album. nirvana done so much for the step forward in rock which was needed, and you cant slate them for that. shame blind melon were forgotten, i loved them soooo much.... :(
