During an entire lifetime, everyone's mind is so saturated with common things like icecream, chocolate, and milkshakes that nobody considers where the "milkshake" comes from.

Where does the milk actually come from, for the milkshake?

Think about it. Only females can produce the fluid, from a female gland, yet everyone consumes it without a slight notion or bother to what it actually is. Milk is filtered blood. Blood that supplies the ingredients to produce milk.
